Our forthcoming “RCx Solutions Lab”, slated to launch in the final quarter of 2024 and designed to deliver transformative solutions to working families in the screen industry (and beyond), reimagines our previous research, training, and advocacy.
Rather than isolate these efforts, we’ll combine our in-depth research, generative leadership training, and advocacy with hands-on workshops and presentations to drive effective, innovative, and inclusive practices that benefit team performance, project quality, and the bottom line.

The program exists to develop BIPOC entrepreneurs in the creative economy; equipping them with the needs, skills and resources to benefit their overall success: from market entry and sustainability, to economic growth/recovery and government contractual opportunities.
